We are looking for as soon as possible for a ambitious person to actively support our Cloud Operations-Team.

This unique role is based at our huge, fresh redesigned Office in London- City.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Support and maintain the company's SaaS products and services, including monitoring and responding to alerts, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and cloud operations, to identify and implement improvements to processes and systems
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure timely response to incidents and outages
  • Assist with the deployment and rollout of new products and features
  • Maintain documentation of processes, systems, and infrastructure
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry best practices
  • Automating and optimizing daily tasks in monitoring and maintaining SaaS Platforms
  • Managing and Maintaining Azure Resources such as VM's, Backups, Storage, Network Elements, Security Elements and Databases
  • Implementing and working within all of the defined Security Policies and Compliance Controls outlined in ISMS, QMS and SOC
  • Good knowledge of Azure hosted Infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of associated technologies, such as Windows Server, SQL etc.


Your skills:

  • Qualifications in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT, Telecoms or equivalent experience- mandatory
  • Windows Server Experience
  • Monitoring & incident Response Experience or L2/L3 Support
  • Basic IT Administration knowledge:1) Access Control 2) Networking
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft Teams and Voice applications
  • Strong Knowledge of SaaS Platform Operations, and infrastructure running in Azure
  • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams Certification is a plus
  • Azure Certifications are a great plus
  • Strong ability to break down technical problems into manageable steps
  • Systems-thinking mindset
  • Deep understanding of the interaction between dependent platform elements
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to keep a cool head in high pressure situations
  • Can prioritise own workstack well, and identify the correct next steps to drive to a resolution efficiently
