For our top modern, newly redesigned office in London, we are looking for as soon as possible, for an ambitious person to actively support our core IT operations and international teams.

Cloud Support Specialist is responsible for running our organisation’s IT infrastructure and supporting a dynamic team of international colleagues. Working heavily with Microsoft cloud technologies, you will play a critical role in evolving and simplifying our systems, diagnosing and isolating issues, implementing solutions and driving efficiencies across the organisation.

Your responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement new cloud technologies and solutions
• Collaborate across our business units to scope and deliver internal IT projects
• Support end-users and stakeholders
• Manage and support internal IT systems and infrastructure
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets

Your skills

• A bachelor's degree in an IT related field, or similar IT industry experience
• At least two years experience in an IT operations / administration / support role
• A good understanding of Cloud technologies and concepts
• Business proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Passion for learning and innovation
