We are looking for a experienced IT Cloud Support Specialist who is responsible for running our organisation’s IT infrastructure and supporting a dynamic team of international colleagues as soon as possible.

Working heavily with Microsoft cloud technologies, you will play a critical role in evolving and simplifying our systems, diagnosing and isolating issues, and implementing solutions.

This unique role is based at our huge, fresh redesigned Office in London- City.

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and implement new cloud technologies and corporate solutions
• Collaborate across our business units to scope and deliver internal IT projects
• Support end-users and stakeholders
• Manage and support internal IT systems and infrastructure
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets

Your skills:

• 3+ years experience in an IT operations / administration / support role
• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field, or similar IT industry experience
• A good understanding of Cloud technologies and concepts
• Business proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Passion for learning and innovation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
