We are looking for a strategic and analytical Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, execute impactful campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams to accelerate growth as soon as possible .
This unique role is based at our huge, fresh redesigned Office in London- City. (Hybrid working is a given)
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, collaborate and implement lead generation strategies using all channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, webinars, DOOH, paid ads)
- Design and optimize marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive demand, and nurture customers and leads
- Collaborate with content teams to create compelling materials aligned with customer pain points
- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) for lead nurturing, scoring and A/B testing
- Align closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and data-driven decision-making
- Track and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Plan, manage and execute events including: webinars, virtual events, industry conferences and exhibitions
Your skills:
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and demand generation
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation
