We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, execute impactful campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams to accelerate growth as soon as possible.
This unique role is based at our beautiful redesigned headquarter in Zürich- West.
(Hybrid working is a given)
Your responsibilities
Develop, collaborate and implement lead generation strategies using all channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, webinars, DOOH, paid ads)
Design and optimize marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive demand, and nurture customers and leads
Collaborate with content teams to create compelling materials aligned with customer pain points
Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) for lead nurturing, scoring and A/B testing
Align closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and data-driven decision-making
Track and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Plan, manage and execute events including: webinars, virtual events, industry conferences and exhibitions
What we are looking for
Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and demand generation- preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation
