We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic development team as soon as possible.
This unique role is based in Germany- fully remote.
Your responsibilities:
- Define standards and configurations for distributed systems and cloud solutions across the enterprise
- Drive architecture/code changes to improve reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Lead adoption of emerging technologies and innovative processes across the business
- Champion automation for complex operational processes at scale
- Oversee safe, efficient production change management and release velocity improvements
- Guide capacity planning, performance optimization, and predictive modeling across systems
- Mentor teams share best practices, and establish enterprise-wide standards
What we are looking for:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience
- 10+ years of software design and development experience with backend services
- Mastery of distributed systems design and cloud technology layers
- Expertise in infrastructure, telemetry analysis, and large-scale system operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-org initiatives and set technical strategies
- Experience defining enterprise-wide standards and best practices
- Strong background in automation frameworks and advanced tooling
- Familiarity with capacity modeling and performance optimization at scale
