We are looking for as soon as possible or for January 2025 for a creative, self-managing person experienced person to join our product development team to drive innovative ideas. The position is based at our head office in Zurich.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product manager, product owners, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
- Conduct research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and to take informed design decisions.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma as the primary design tool
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the complete platform, with a focus on accessibility, from the configuration part to the main user interfaces of Nimbus agents
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into your work
- Act as the product owner for smaller and larger design or redesign efforts
Your skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite, mainly Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Profound knowledge in accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) is a plus
