This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role you will act as an intermediary between Sales and Professional Services and ensure a smooth process from Sales to Product delivery.
We are looking for as soon as possible, for an ambitious and energetic personality to join our dynamic sales team at Luware in Switzerland Zürich.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical guidance to new and existing customers
- Provide demonstrations and build integrations between Nimbus and 3rd party CRM tools
- Developing innovative integrations with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, the Power Platform, MS365 and more
- Advise customers on how to meet their requirements with our products and coordinate requirements internally
- Assist in completing customer technical documentation and security questionnaires
- Play a pivotal part in winning business for large and complex organisations
- Build a technical relationship with potential and existing customers
- Provide customer-facing and technical support to the sales team
Your skills
- Experience as an Engineer or Pre-Sales in the field of technology and IT services- mandatory
- Outstanding communication- and presentations skills in English (Working language), German or Other languages are a plus
- Expert-level technical skills: Know the product and the technology stack as deep as the development team. Microsoft Azure, Office 365, MS Teams and Power Apps, PowerBI, Copilot Studio
- Holding one or more Microsoft Certifications of level 200 min.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and/or O365
- Strong Analytical skills: Assess, evaluate and test customer scenarios
- Develop effective and innovative integrations
- Design, create and draft complex technical landscapes
- Ability to synthesize information easily
